どうも、吾輩です。
作っちゃいました、料理カテゴリ。
料理は好きですが、凝った料理は作れません。だって冷蔵庫に、そこまで材料がないんだもの。
というわけでこのカテゴリでは吾輩が実際やってみてそこそこイケた「やっつけ料理」の紹介となります。あんまり参考にならないかとは思いますがよろしくお願いします。
で、タイトルの通り。
先日母がうちに来てくれまして。何日か滞在して、一緒に映画見たり、ご飯食べたり、のんべんだらりとしたり。
そこで母がカレーを作ってくれたんですが……余りました。とてもたくさん。
それを吾輩は、夜食にすることにしました。
【用意するもの】
・マグカップ（電子レンジであっためていいやつ。大き目推奨）
・カレースプーン
・電子レンジ
・めんつゆ
・水
・余ったカレー
まず、カレーをマグカップに移します。具の大きさや希望する味の濃さなどで変わりますが、カレースプーン山盛り１～２杯くらいが目安です。
そこに水と麺つゆを目分量で注ぎます。
目分量です（重要）。
それを電子レンジに、まずは1分かけてみてください。取り出したらまだぬるいと思いますが、いったんかき混ぜて、再度１分温めてみてください。
ぬるかったら再度過熱。
これにて完成です。
ね、簡単でしょ？
杜撰な作業工程にもかかわらず、結構おいしいです。
半端な量のカレーが残ってしまったという場合にはぜひお試しあれ。
なお、チーズがあれば入れると一層美味しいです。
