どうも、吾輩です。
覇道の腐女子です。
覇道とは王道の反対語だそうで。
つまり、王道にはまれないのです。ジャンルでも、カップリングでも。
その状況について、友人から詩的に疑問を呈されました。
「どうしていつも砂漠に咲こうとするの？」
わざとじゃない。
砂漠が吾輩を呼んでいるんだ。
というか、きっと砂漠でしか咲けない花なんだよ！！！
と言うくらい、メジャージャンルにはまれません。読まないわけではないのです。息の長い、そして規模も大きいジャンルの原作とか、今をときめく大流行漫画とか、読んだこともあります。
面白いとは思います。素直に。燃えます（少年漫画が多いので）。
でも萌えが薄いんだよ……。
好きなキャラ、います。ここがかわいいんだよ、言えます。カップリング、この辺から怪しくなってきます（単体萌えで終わりやすい）。二次創作、読みます（でも、オールキャラほのぼのが好きだったりする）。
自分で妄想、ほとんどしません。
これは作品やキャラが「妄想の隙も無いほどに設定が練られている」とか「ファンによる考察が活発で出尽くした感がある」とか、そういう理由ではないです。火のないところにウルトラCで煙を立たせるのは我々の得意技ですから。なのにその意欲が、全然わかないのです。
マイナーキャラやマイナージャンルならいくらでもできるんだけどな……。
これが「砂漠」の所以です。
沼じゃないけど、足を取られる。
沼じゃないから、水（供給）がない。
砂漠に住んでいるトカゲ（だったかな？ ヤモリかも）の一種は、夜になって気温が下がると、自分の目に結露した水滴を舐めて水分を取るんだというのをテレビで見た記憶があります。そのトカゲのような気分です。
今までで一番砂漠だったカップリングは「そのジャンルの８０１スレで一度だけ言及されているのを奇跡的に発見した」CPです。
言及と言っても「○×□もありだと思うんだけど」程度で、萌え語りなどはありませんでした。
ここまで供給がなかっったのはさすがにこれっきりです。
他の供給無いエピソードとしては「いにしえのジャンルにはまり、更新停止して久しい個人サイトを、リンク切れだらけのサーチで渡り歩く（通称墓荒し）」とか「放送中のアニメのキャラにはまるが、原作にないオリジナルエピソードのキャラのため、人気薄どころか叩かれてた」とか「pixivで検索するのは念のため。ノーヒットやネタ絵オンリーでも落ち込まず、『作品名 ss』『キャラ名 萌』などですばやくググる」とか。
ひとつくらい、腐女子なら経験したことあるよね。
